About... Neurodiversity is run by neurodiversity, for neurodiversity.

We’re passionate about neurodiversity, because we live it daily. Everyone involved in the business has first-hand and detailed experience of neurodiversity in the workplace. We walk the talk, we’ve worked in supportive and unsupportive environments. We know the difference.

Meet the leadership team…

Jon Dunckley

With five degree-level qualifications across psychology, financial services, insurance, and business management, I’ve done pretty well in my career.

The author of several textbooks, I am a sought-after trainer and thought leader. Having been diagnosed with Asperger’s well into my 40s, and having spent much of my working life until that point, fighting against the system, I’m passionate about helping secure the best outcomes for neurodivergent individuals in the workplace.

In my own case, I had to go it alone to create a working environment that I could thrive in. I don’t want other people to feel forced into that same situation.

Madeline Dunckley

A successful ex-headteacher, I’m qualified as an executive leader, a qualified safeguarding and child protection trainer, an accredited safer recruitment trainer, a trained coach and mentor… oh and I am DYSLEXIC.

Yes that is correct, I was a dyslexic headteacher…. that was not an easy or a very acceptable quality to possess.  But it didn’t hold me back, it made me stronger!

I managed, coached and trained neurodivergent employees to reach their potential for themselves and for the children. Now, through About…Neurodiversity, I’m helping other organisations achieve the same results.

Lynne Butcher

I am a mental health nurse with over 30 years experience in the NHS.  I have spent the last 9 years working with adults who have ADHD, Aspergers and Tourette’s syndrome.

I have a vast experience of working with many agencies including universities, schools, colleges, prisons, probation and social care in addition to working with Health colleagues.

I have also worked with families and friends who support people with Neurodiversity.
